Avatars are more than welcomed... I just ask you a few things:
1. Keep them clean. Nothing overly vulgar.
2. Keep them inside 250 pixels x 250 pixels. When they're too big, they effect the look and length of threads. This is not welcomed.
3. Make sure they pertain somehow to your current team, so that everyone knows who belongs to what franchise.
